The Studio Movie Grill is located about 14 miles north of downtown Dallas.

From the intersection of I-635 and Dallas North Tollway, take the Tollway north to Belt Line, then make a right (east) on Belt Line about 1/2 mile.

The Studio Movie Grill is at the northeast corner of Belt Line & Prestonwood, immediately past the Prestonwood Town Center.  Between the Tollway and Preston.

Hotel Information

This hotel is very close to the Studio Movie Grill, clean and comfortable. Kind of like an extended stay Embassy Suites. Considering location and amenities, we find it has the best deal.  The rates are reasonable, around $79.95 per night. Ask for Paul Stouffer and receive a discount for Texas Black Film Festival. If price is no object and you want to pay +$250 per night for luxury accommodations, the Hotel Intercontinental is a couple of blocks closer. After speaking to a few film makers, Candlewood Suites seems to be more popular.
